Please read through our policies carefully to understand your rights, our obligations, and how we manage your information.

This policy applies to all intended purchasers of BB Shop inclusive of all Boys' Brigade Malaysia Members, all Boys' Brigade Asia Members and BB Shop State Depots.

BB Shop is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

2.1 What is Personal Information and Why do We Collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and facsimile numbers.

This Personal Information is obtained in several ways including interviews, correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website www.bbmalaysia.org/shop, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, and from third parties. We don't guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.

2.2 Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:

  • Third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure; and
  • Where required or authorised by law.

2.3 Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and/or loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

2.4 Access to Your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing at bb-shop@bbmalaysia.org.

BB Shop will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

2.5 Maintaining the Quality of Your Personal Information

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BB Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

3.1 Self-Collection Option

  • All orders are processed within 3 business/working days.
  • For the self-pick up option, please set an appointment and you will be notified of the approved time.
  • Appointment cannot be made on the same day of placing the order.
  • Pick up period: Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm). Sat & Sun (Closed), Public Holiday & Christian Holiday (Closed).

3.2 Domestic Shipping Policy

3.2.1 Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business/working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Pos Laju (Local Courier Service), will come pick up at 12pm, (Monday-Friday).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3.2.2 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3.2.3 Customs, Duties and Taxes

BB shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3.2.4 Damages

BB Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

3.2.5 Discrepancy

Upon receipt of the package, please check the items delivered. Any discrepancies need to be communicated with BB Shop personnel within 14 days (from the date you receive the items).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

3.3 International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping fees are based on Pos Laju international rates and subject to change as amended by the courier service.
  • Availability of international shipping is also subject to services provided by the courier.

BB Shop uses local courier services as shown in the table below:

  • All orders must be placed and completed on the BB Shop website.
  • Orders are only accepted once payment has been received.

Order's Status

1. CompleteOrder completed and packed. Delivery fees will be calculated based on volumetric weight of the product delivered.
2. ShippingYou can find your tracking number by going to Order History and clicking on the specific order.
3. ProcessingOrder on processing, each order are processed within 3 business/working days.
4. CancelledThe order is no longer active.

4.1 Payment Options & Details

  • This option is only available for orders above RM 5,000.
  • Orders paid in this method will only be processed once the cheque has been cleared.

Thanks for shopping at BB Shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

5.1 Exchanges

Exchange of items can only be done under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturer defect
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Change sizes

You have 14 days from the date you receive the items to notify BB Shop regarding intended return or exchange. Upon acknowledgement of notice, the goods are to be returned to BB Shop within 14 days from the date you receive the items.

5.2 To be eligible for an exchange

  • Your items must be unused and unwashed.
  • Your Items in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your items must be in the original packaging (including the size tag).
  • Your items need to have the invoice or receipt or proof of purchase (Photo).

5.3 Exchange terms and conditions:

  • Items can only be exchanged on a one-to-one basis.
  • Only size variations are allowed, and the price must remain the same.
  • Prohibition on exchanging Old version to New version. (Example: Pre Junior / Junior / Senior / Officer Brigade Tee).

5.4 Exchange process

  • Whatsapp (011-56346499) to initiate the exchange of items and specify the reason for exchange.
  • Attach a copy of invoice and proof of payment for items to be exchanged.
  • Provide Order Number (e.g. ORD-BB2025032500099) and date collection or date received (e.g. 30/03/2025) of the orders.
  • Shipping charges for returning exchanged items are to be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges will only be borne by BB Shop in the case where the incorrect or defected item was shipped to the customer.

5.5 Refunds & Return

  • Strictly no refunds or returns will be allowed.
  • All items purchased at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
